It Quacks like a Duck…..wait it must be a duck! Maybe a Currupt Duck?

Will !-800 do Anything to win?
Any morals here?
I’m just a little guy with a small With a small private practice. Why is !-800 trying to to stop a law that makes a minimum price, just like Apple computer? Just like Benjmin Moore paints? 

!-800 contacts is pulling out all of the stops and violating ethics! It’s is violating the Law! 

!-800 Contacts is scared that it will become irrelevant. Sometimes the little guy wins. 🙂

One Hand Washes Another….it looks like Corruption, it smells like Corruption?

Utah AG says 1-800 Contacts donation didn’t affect stance on law. Why would $5,000 effect anyone? I don’t know, it might effect what I would do!

Holy Guacamole BatMan! Did !-800 pay off an official in Utah? Did that help !-800 get a law passed to prevent Uniform Pricing of Contact Lenses?

Acuvue products to be the Same Price at my office as any other place!

This press release (Click here to see original) explains how sales pricing at Johnson & Johnson is changing as of July 1. The big box stores and the internet contact lens providers will no longer be able to sell product less than I sell it for! 

The Uniform Pricing Policy has arrived! (UPP)

This may raise the price of contacts, and it will probably allow me as an Eye Care Professional control what my patients use and order.

Acuvue is the largest supplier of contact lenses in the world. This is a world wide happening.

Alcon / Ciba started it. Vistakon is adding to it, as well as Sauflon & Bausch. When will CooperVision chime in?
